Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

We offer free shipping in the U.S. on orders over $100. If your order is under $100, we simply pass the exact shipping rate we have onto you! 

We can not be responsible for what happens to shipments once they leave our facility. Those shipments then become the responsibility of the carrier and the customer. We pass the items off to a third party logistics carrier, that being USPS, UPS, Fedex. We can't be accountable for the mistakes or errors of a third-party.

We do provide $500 for shipping insurance (on us). This will help to cover any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If any of those things occur, the insurance will be able to either refund you or place a new order on your behalf.

Delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 business days of payment of order unless otherwise specified depending on our order volume. Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so that we can investigate support@bay-block.com
